Who you are buying from

Cherry Vault trades in India as an independent reseller. We are not authorised by, affiliated with or endorsed by any brand whose pieces we sell, and we use brand names only to identify those pieces.

Prices and comparisons

Boutique prices shown beside ours are researched from each brand's own website — the India store where one exists, otherwise the nearest market converted — and are shown so you can compare. They change, and we re-check them regularly. Where a piece is discontinued we show the closest model the brand still sells and make no discount claim.

Availability

Pieces are held by our sourcing partner rather than in our own warehouse unless the listing says otherwise. Availability and the final price are confirmed to you in writing before any payment is taken. Nothing is charged until you have that confirmation.

Payment

Payment is taken in full by bank transfer or UPI after we confirm the piece is in hand, and never before.

Title and risk

Title passes to you on full payment. Risk passes on delivery.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the city in which Cherry Vault is registered have exclusive jurisdiction.
